The class will start with a special breakfast on the Penthouse terrace
A cooking class by Chef Rabih Fouany around Ramadan culinary specialties will be offered:
-Ramadan Salad
-Soujok Mousakhan and Kishik Sauce
-Mouhamara and Crispy Vegetables Tempura
-Fish Kebbeh and Tagine Sauce
-Shrimps Sayadieh with Cumin Coriander Salsa
Guests will enjoy a complimentary lunch with our chefs and will savor the different dishes accompanied with wine
