The class will start with a special breakfast on the Penthouse terrace
A cooking class by Chef Franck Page where guests will learn how to prepare:
-The pate brisée
-The Pâté en Croûte with Pistachio and woodland mushroom
-The Camembert cheese stuffed with sautéed apples, madras curry sauce and dry grapes
After the class, guests will enjoy a complimentary lunch with our chefs and will savor the different dishes accompanied with wine
