On the occasion of Mother’s Day, Phoenicia Culinary Institute presents a special cooking class on Saturday March 16 with the Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Allereau.

The class will start with a brunch (mix of salty and sweet Canapés) at the terrace of the Penthouse.

After the class, guests will savor the different desserts.

No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both beginners and experienced cooks
